It does not boot. Just goes to the bios screen.

I just installed on Debian 7.6 too I agree with buddy, the installation is easy, though I did find that the installation hangs when installing the first packages. Removing the CD/DVD source from /etc/apt/sources.list fixed the problem (it actually waits for you to insert a CD/DVD and hit enter). This was from a server that was installed from a DVD of course, I can’t say if it’s the same for some of the other media installation like USB etc.

Just the one time, because you will upload this “now good” image and push that to your other hosts.

Updated bios to A18 on those and still same issue.

Please don’t hijack threads, yes http transfer is slated for 0.33b and its being implemented with iPXE

0.33 doesn’t have the same issues.

Ok fixed it. I just re-ran the installer over the install. Then went back and made sure my Database passwords were in the config file. It seems to work fine now. I am having severe throughput problems with this though. Looks to me though it is a ubuntu running as a VM thing though not part of FOG.

Thanks for letting us know the fix, hopefully it will help out others that run into a similar issue.

Fixed this - just reinstalled fog.
