How many users do you have on the FOG system?

It’s possible PHP ran out of memory trying to process them all. (you can change the php memory value in the FOG Settings)

@TomcatKZN I marked this thread solved as it sounds like the suggested fixes did the trick. If you see the client authentication issue in the log post here again. If you have a different problem with the capture speed I would ask you to open a new thread on that topic.

Okay. You have a point about backing up the original disk.
I’ll give that a bash and check if it works.

Yep. No problem there. Can ping by ip address and hostname.
No question is a dumb question. I might have overlooked something small.

After testing that .29 worked, I upgraded to .32 and that also worked. In fact the image uploaded much faster after installing .32
Still none the wiser why .32 wont install correctly. I have checked the settings and to me they look the same but I am no Linux guru.
