@arnaudrigole You won’t be able to, but you have conflicting messages happening right now.
First, the client is saying it cannot download the file. But you’re able to download the file? You don’t need to read it, but you should see it downloading at the least.
Reset encryption data only becomes present when there’s a security token defined for the host. This is a GUI displayed item.
The other issue, have you upgraded to RC-11?
Can you try to clean up bad entries? For example:
rm -rf /var/www/fog /var/www/html/fogThen rerun the installer.

When i type the url in my browser, i can’t download because it told me that it’s can’t be imported directly (can’t download so)I upgraded fog on RC11, actually running another installation after removed the directory you said

@arnaudrigole I’m going to need to see another authentication cycle. To cause one, go to the host in the FOG web portal, and hit the “Reset Encryption Data” button. After waiting a couple minutes, re-upload the fog.log file here.

I don’t understand…
This issue happens on all computers (100% new, unboxed, never ccnnected to our network) and after imaging with fog
i have no host duplicate in fog gui -
@arnaudrigole It’s likely caused by a virtual network adapter (e.g. a TAP driver, virtualbox, vmware, …).
From the log file, here’s the macs your machine has:

I would search each one of them in the fog ui under your host list. At least one of them will return multiple hosts.
