Installing client on win 7 fails

I have a client which fails when I try to install the client. I get an error "Unable to create settings file: Error reading JObject from JsonReader. Path ‘’, line 1, position 421.

What version of fog, what version of the fog client, is the windows box 32 bit or 64 bit? What version of .net framework do you have installed?

We might need the @Developers to post the minimum .net version requirements. One might think for cross platform support .net would not be used.

[edit] I found this post from about 6 months ago: https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/6436/foguserservice-net-framework-error-64-bit-machines/8 It says .Net 3.5 or higher is required on the target computer.

Running very latest svn 5829, client 0.11.2 on Win 7 32 bits. Framework 4.0.
