Install/Update Database Schema?

FOG Version: 1.5.9-RC2
OS: Debian 10 Buster

HI all,

I am attempting to update my FOG server cluster to 1.5.10 and after doing a git pull and reinstall of FOG, it’s saying the following:

 * You still need to install/update your database schema.
 * This can be done by opening a web browser and going to:

   http://10.15.0.2/fog/management

 * Press [Enter] key when database is updated/installed.

After navigating to the FOG Dashboard, I see nothing that suggests that there is an update to the Database Schema. Am I missing something?

I DO howwever notice that my nodes under the “Node Disk usage” section now say “(Unauthorized)” next to them, so that’s new and maybe suggests that something is off.

I would love some expertise here if anyone is willing to help.

@danieln Hi. The Node Disk saying “Unauthorized” is a known bug, you can safely ignore it for now.

As for there being nothing when updating the Database Schema, I think that is normal because there were no changes to the schema from your old FOG version to the new one.

@danieln Now, @rodluz is spot on! There was no schema change between 1.5.9-RC2 and 1.5.10. The installer does no check it just prints out the message in case there was a schema update.
