      Server
      • Version: 1.3 RC 10
      • OS: Cent OS 7
      Client
      • Version: 0.11.5
      • OS: Win 10 LTSB
      Description

When I click this newly reworded (rather nicely I might add) button “Reboot host on hostname changes and AD changes even if users are logged in?” and click update the box does not remain checked.

This was first noticed on a new host, so I tried it on some existing hosts that should have already had that setting enabled and they didn’t haven’t enabled and it didn’t update.

Have you tried the FogApi powershell module? It's pretty cool IMHO

Confirmed the issue and have patched it for rc11. To fix immediately, go to line 1291, remove it and place it before the setAD function all.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

This is the same issue here:
          https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/8531/cannot-boot-user-off-to-rename-host

In there, there’s some SQL that might hold you over until a fix comes.

@Wayne-Workman Except that I’m on rc-10 and it doesn’t appear to be fixed
