What are you running FOG on(ubuntu, Debian, CentOS)?
What OS are you deploying(Win 7, 10)?
r5323, is that the cloud number? If so than you should update to the latest, there have been lots of bug fixes since then. -

This is not a bug with fog. This is a bug in regards to ongoing load issues. The MySQL connections are unable to be created.

I went back to r5259 and it works fine

I was able to remote in and figure out what the issue was. It was relatively simple and the fix has been implemented for a few day’s now. Hopefully, with the release of the 0.10.0 client, the load issues You’ve been experiencing are significantly reduced if not solved as well.

@Raymond-Bell et. al,
@Jbob did find the issue as to why printers where not installing. The User log still shows the object reference error, but this did not appear to be an issue (at least not directly). In figuring out what caused this problem. He found another, more serious, issue and has hopefully just figured out a fix for it.
Please hold while we get all this tested.
We’ve, temporarily, tried to ensure those that are already on 0.9.12 still will not be forced to upgrade at the moment.

v0.10.3 fixes this issue, please update
