    Re: UEFI vs fog

    Good morning

After several tests, I am unable to start my machines on the network with a window dhcp server and the fog solution.

On my DHCP server two options:

66 with ip from my fog

and 67 with snonly.efi . I confess to despair. Thanks for your help.

@jeremyvdv Maybe this is going to help you: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Windows_DHCP_Server

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG

@jeremyvdv if you’re using UEFI, option 67 should NOT be undionly.kpxe (this is non-uefi)

          You could try:
          ipxe.efi

@jeremyvdv If you have a windows dhcp server AND you need to pxe boot both bios and uefi based computers you might want to review this wiki page to setup dhcp profiles so your dhcp server sends the proper boot file name based on the target computer: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/BIOS_and_UEFI_Co-Existence#Using_Windows_Server_2012_.28R1_and_later.29_DHCP_Policy

Thank you both . @Tom I have already tested with this configuration without success.

@George. I also followed this tutorial but I will do it again a second time and keep you informed. THANKS

Have you tried the FogApi powershell module? It's pretty cool IMHO
