Many thanks. So I will install all the programs, updates and run the sysprep before set the capture task in fog? I have created a new image and do I need to associate this new image with the client which I wants to take the image from?

Can I upload the multiple images from the physical machine onto fog?
Hi, Just need an advice on is it possible to run the upload task on a Lab PC (after installing all the updates, and few other new programs), sysprep it and set the upload task to upload this image on fog. I would like to deploy this image in all the other Lab PCs (same model) but I do not want our default base image to be replaced by this new image. Is it I have rename the image folder or rename the image itself. Sorry I am coming back to Fog admin after good few months. How can I do this and do I need to sysprep the machine just before the upload task?
Many thanks

PCs dont get to the Fog menu/ Windows startup
Hi,
I am in a very wierd problem. One of our labs (with 30 computers) when we turn the PCs on, some boot normally off Fog and some after getting the IP address, ask to enter the TFTP server and gives the error message of chainloading failed. I am wondering what could be done to resolve this issue, quite strangely sometimes few of these PCs do get past the initial screen and boot up normally but same PCs dont the other time…Need help please.(Please see the snapshots) -

RE: After updating to 7498, failed to start deployment tasking
@Tom-Elliott Thank you very much, after updating it resolved the issue…Many thanks, just on another note, I updated it today and after updating it again says another update is available n mine is not the updated one. What do u reckon how often we should update it?

RE: After updating to 7498, failed to start deployment tasking
Thanks Tom, I had to disable the storage node as it was not being used after looking at the error message where it pointed to the storage node IP address. The issue has been resolved 99% with just a slight problem left. On the clients, Fog log says under GreenFog and Hostname Changer section :
Any thoughts as I have tried to reset the encryption data on all of our hosts but still get this on the hosts, means they wont get any snapin or shutdown etc…Would appreciate your reply.
Many Thanks -
After updating to 7498, failed to start deployment tasking
Hi guys,
I am in a desperate need of your assistance as last week I updated our Fog to the version 7498 using Git method. As for a week we didnt use it for any imaging task but few days ago when we tried to create a deployment task it gives this message on the web interface:Also the IP address shown in the message is not the IP of the actual Fog server, its the IP of the Storage node that was turned off few months back as we r not using it.
Also the sql error log shows this:
I would really appreciate you help in this regard as currently we are just stuck and cant do anything with our Fog server…
Many thanks
