@Matt-Derrick I have not my FOG here, I’ll test/check tomorrow.
-
From what I am seeing there was some foreach statements added and either the & is in the wrong place or is not needed. Not a programmer but looking at the github entry that was the change made from 3657 to 3658 and if I removed the & on that line of code it goes further but gives me the same error further along on the file.
-
How about trying to reinstall ?
-
Can you try updating and see if this still occurs?
-
@Tom-Elliott Just updated to 3660. Same problem. New error in apache error log. PHP Fatal error: Cannot create references to elements of a temporary array expression in /var/www/fog/lib/fog/FOGBase.class.php on line 299

-
@Tom-Elliott give me 20 minutes and I can. i can give you team viewer right now but wont be able to chat right away
-
That’s okay, I hope i just fixed it. It’s not adding the repositories you probably need which is what you’re running into now.
-
This is now resolved.
Apparently there was an issue in the codebase that wasn’t allowing the repository to be installed. I will likely need to figure out a more suitable fix in the installer itself.
All that’s needed is to run the installer. If there’s a problem, go to shell and run: (on ubuntu this is):
sudo apt-get update;sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Confirm the pops if they come up as their defaulted selected item.
Re-run the installer and all should work.
