    Hello!

I was trying to capture an image on my windows 10 machine here but this error gets thrown out. It worked before, not sure why it is displaying.

    An error has been detected!
    Init Version: 20200219
Failed to create image capture path (prepareUploadLocation)
    Args Passed: /images/<name of device>

      Hey guys,

Thanks for replying. I have found a solution and that was to clear out the Storage Node Disk Usage. It was full.

      Thanks again.

@ericl Hi, are you able to give us a picture of the screen at the moment you get the error message?
There may be some more context in that image.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@ericl Beside the picture you might also post the output from these commands run on the FOG server console:

          exportfs -v
          mount
          ls -al /images

@ericl Please post the output of the commands that Sebastian previously mentioned.

On the surface it appears that the permissions are not set right on the /images/dev directory because the target computer creates a directory in that directory (/images/dev) that matches the MAC address of the target computer. It appears to be failing at that action. The question is why/what’s different with your install?
