Network Printer issues

Having an issue with adding printers through the network printer option online when it comes to the printer alias I put in the whole path but still doesn’t seem to properly add the printer

@brendojohnso Grab the correct version of the fog printer manager helper from here: https://github.com/FOGProject/fog-client/releases
If you manually install the printer onto a windows box, you can run this helper program and it’ll give you all the field values.

@Wayne-Workman that tool helps with TCP/IP printers, not network shared ones.

@BrendoJohnso Can we see a screenshot of the printer config in the GUI (feel free to replace any sensitive information), as well as the C:\fog.log from a machine that is failing to add the printer?
