SVN vs GIT redux

Is SVN still being updated or have you moved exclusively to GIT.

Unless something has changed, SVN only has the stable releases. If you want the RC’s (betas) or heaven forbid Working (alphas) you have to use GIT. But the plan as far as I know is to use GIT moving forward when FOG 2.0 is released (about 2 years from now).

Maybe add that note to the wiki here and include the command to upgrade to release candidate as well as working branch for the less adventurous.

@Wayne-Workman any opinion on updating the referenced wiki? While I do find that post by searching for “upgrade to trunk” it may be time now to revise the whole wiki page since the “trunk” releases no longer exist.

@joseph-hales That article needs overhauled I suppose. Probably re-titled too. I’ll see what I can do.
