In attempting to update a node running 1.2 to the latest svn ( think 4885 ) at time of writing it keeps failing on php5-gettext, any ideas ?

@theWizard What OS is it running, and what OS and version of trunk is the main server running?

Also, if you look in the bin directory of the installer, you’ll see a new directory in there called error_logs please post the contents of the latest file in there.

Unfortunately no. No ideas. It’s because ondrej decided to do away with the get text package.

On /opt/fog/.fogsettings please edit the packages line and remove:

          php5-gettext

          from the line.

It’s frustrating to say the least.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

I am getting the same error when attempting a fresh install.
            OS: Ubuntu 15.10
I have included the contents of the error_log below.

            /usr/bin/lsb_release
            /bin/systemctl
grep: /opt/fog/.fogsettings: No such file or directory
