What’s your fog server’s IP address?
What version of FOG did you upgrade from?
What model of device is this target host?
Can you provide your fog.log ?

Are you able to access the URL (http://10.24.28.18/fog/service/ipxe/boot.php) from another machine within this subnet?

FOG Web management still working ok?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Looks like it was a capone plugin issue.
I un-activated it and then re-activated it and all looks good now.

Looks like all is working now but still getting this error in the apache2 log but does not affect anything that i have came across

So reenabling capone fixed it for you?
