Is it possible for you to give your FOG server a reboot?

@ch3i only one storage, I tried to download the “ghost Image” over the task management, now it displays 0.0GB.
@Wayne-Workman yes I try it.

@Tune389 If the reboot don’t solve your problem, check your FOG log files or try your task in debug mode.

I thought we were troubleshooting “Downloads”.

Uploads is a totally different story.

Please check your FTP credentials inside your storage node, and in FOG Configuration -> Fog Settings -> TFTP_FTP credentials.

Also, please look inside of /images/dev and see if there is a directory in there with a MAC address on it.

Also, please check this out:

@ch3i I saw some of it already done,

but I’m wondering if that isn’t the problem… because everything is pointing to FTP.

@Tune389 There is a “Testing FTP” section in that troubleshooting article. This will allow you to verify beyond doubt if FTP is the issue or not.

Can you run this?
ls -laR /images
and post the output?

@Tune389 You don’t have .mntcheck in your /images/dev folder ? You don’t have any files at all inside Image20150526 or Image20150526 ?

I did these steps …

• clear all files in /images
• delete databse from fog
• run fog installation
• upload an image (works fine)
• try an download - but failed .mntcheck is missing
• create .mntcheck file
• try the download again - it works. (unicast)
• try multicast - failed on “starting to restore image” without an error.
• reboot fog server
• try it again - nope …
• run again the fog setup (last time it fixed the problem)
• start multicast
• 97% - 98% - 99% - 100%
• and after 5 min still at 100% … no reboot …
• after a hard reboot - problem again partition size is not correct.

@Tune389 Hi, have you test multicast with multiple hosts ? If yes, could you try with a single host.
