      @faresalandlos Which version of FOG do you use? The image size on client is usually updated when an image is captured or deployed. When the client boots up and checks in with the FOG server the size information is cleared but when the task is not finished properly the size information is gone.

      As we had a similar question just the other day I am going to revert an older commit that introduced this. I don’t think it’s wise to clear the size information on client checkin already because we might loose it.

      Moving this topic to bug reports. Will push a fix soon.

      Edit: Done

      Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

            @faresalandlos Well, to get the fix you’d need to update to the very latest version. We won’t backport the fix for your very old version of FOG.

            Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

              @Sebastian-Roth i understand thank you
              i’m going to set a new server and install the latest version then migrate the images
              what i just wanted to say is that the actual image files are not gone so it’s like somethings small which has the info for the hard disk size or the partitions maps/ info
              so i was wondering where is this located

                @faresalandlos Yes right, the filesize shown as zero doesn’t cause any problem. You can still deploy the image and the image files are not gone.

                The information is located and updated in the database.
