Unable to mount NFS
r3582–>r3592–>r3594
Dell D610
CPU arch: x86 onlyIssue:
When uploading it gets to the point of Mounting File system and then fails with “Unable to mount NFS”HOWEVER, I have just uploaded an image from a HP DC7800 not 5 minutes before I tried uploading this one, so it leads me to believe there is an issue with the x86 kernel only and not the x64 kernel.
Passes all compatibility tests.
Nothing relevant in apache logs.

RE: Mounting File System .....................................................Failed
Can you mount that dir from another machine?
sudo mount 10.39.xxx.xxx:/images/
Double check your firewall, nfs service, and permissions

RE: Trying to Image a Dell Venue Pro 11 (5130) x64.
That just leaves the GPT partition issues from a few months ago. Is there any way you can change the partition?

RE: Issues with Downloading images FOG 1.2.0 CentOS 7
You will need to change the “Image Manager” from partImage to partclone. Then reupload.
<OS>
<path>
Single Disk
Everything
<compression>
PartCloneUPLOAD!

RE: adding ISO
In version 1.2 release it was noted that adding Menu items was difficult and needed to be cleaned up. This is the way to add a menu item using 1.2.

Try this thread https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/4212/add-a-livecd-entry-in-network-boot-menu
HOWEVER:
If you update to SVN(trunk) you will find that adding menu items has become a little less complicated. To my knowledge a wiki has not yet been created to accommodate 1.3’s update but it is currently being worked on.

RE: Issues with Downloading images FOG 1.2.0 CentOS 7
Well obviously the file doesn’t exist. When you uploaded you used Multi partition single disk right? We can see this by your file listing. However you need to reupload using single disk as Wayne was suggesting.
Just changing the option to single disk and trying to download will not create the files needed. Please change the image setting to Single Disk then upload the image. THEN download it another host.

RE: Issues with Downloading images FOG 1.2.0 CentOS 7
chmod -R 777 /images
if errors with operation not permitted…
sudo chmod -R 777 /images

RE: Compression change
The compression is done directly on the Host computer and then transferred up to the server.
That said there maybe a way to decompress and recompress an image but complications may occur.

Yes it does. sgenadi has been our only documented case where it has not worked correctly.

RE: PXE Menu Absent SVN Build 3325
Confirmed. Cleaning up a few files. Seems like a typo somewhere.

RE: Edit Full Host Registration Script?
This is purposed to be in v2.0. Possibly sooner.
