@timo You can restart apache2, the effects won’t last long though. When you can get into the web gui, you should go to Storage Management -> your storage node -> Max Clients and set this to something like 1 or 2. This will limit how many snapins run at once - and will allow your fog server to operate normally while the snapins run.

I had that happen before when one of the repo’s were being blocked by our network filter.

@Timo v0.10 introduces the “Shutdown” option to snapins, when it is released can you confirm?

@Timo Seams like we haven’t implemented a shutdown after snapin… Not sure if @Tom-Elliott is keen to add this right now. Other than that you can create a SFX including a windows cmd script to shutdown the machines after running the installer. See here for an example on how to create an SFX installer.

Try to turn off AHCI in BIOS (normally found under SATA settings, harddisks. Choose Compatibility mode.
