My images never move out of /images/dev/[mac address of host].

running latest (3166) - I also got the same error: ‘mysqlnd’ already loaded during the install

Here, the image files are saved in /images/dev
While doing an upoad task, I get a repeated error in the apache2 log that looks like this:

The phrase “quick image” confuses me. From the PXE menu I selected “quick image” and noticed the word “download” appear on the web interface so I quickly unplugged the computer I wanted to image. To me imaging a drive means creating an image file from the drive.
