Here are a couple of ideas.
Make sure the geometry of file.png matches (exactly) the geometry and color depth of bg.png. Also if I remember correctly size does matter. There is a maximum total byte count of this background image.

Secondly some uefi firmware can’t / doesn’t display background images. There is nothing you can do it make it work, its flaky uefi firmware.

As for the uefi boot manager. Yes I’ve seen that myself. I think one of the developers was going to look into that issue. I don’t know if the fix will be in 1.5.6 or 1.5.7 if they can work it out. One of the issues we’ve seen is some people want windows to be the first boot option after imaging and other want to keep what ever boot order they currently have and not have FOG change the boot order.

@iekozz I am not too sure where we are at with this multi culti topic here. I’ve just read the whole lot again. We started by fixing your image name possibly along with some other image settings, then got the non bootable media error (FOG is not able to transfer the UEFI firmware boot entries from one machine to another yet!) and talked about timezone and FTP issues.

May I kindly ask you to open a new topic and explain the current issue you are seeing at the moment. We’ll focus on fixing that and move on from there (probably in just another topic). The less we mix up topics the more other people can profit from the things we find out and write to fix their own issues.

So I am marking this solved now as we have solved the initial issue (and more). Please open a new topic and explain where you are at.

@iekozz There are two commands you need to use when removing applications. The first one removes it from the current user the second one removes them from the system. You do this as the administrator before any one else logs into the computer. After the script is run, the next users that login will not have the application on the desktop or start menu. That is the way at least it use to work. I have not done image design in a few months. MS could have changed things (yet again) with 1809 that I’m not aware of.

@iekozz I’ve marked this topic as solved now. Please feel free to open new threads if you have further questions. Trying to not mix up too many topics in one so this will also be helpful for others if they have a similar issue and search the forums. 🙂
