@Tom-Elliott apart from doing the update to 6505 I’m not sure what could’ve happened. I did the exact same procedure to other nodes that failed, and they created the CA just fine. I honestly wouldn’t really know how to re-create this, but if you give me some suggestions I will try them.

@Hanz This can be closed…I removed /var/www/fog, and /opt/fog, and userdel fog…Re-ran installer and it went through on 6511.

@Tom-Elliott it’s a scripted install with sudo ./installfog.sh -y so I can know every node is done the same, and with all fedora updates first

    • Storage nodes failing at creating ssl certificate SVN 6505 and 6507

My storage nodes are randomly failing at creating ssl certificate during install.

/bin/errorlogs/6505 & 6507 show this line at the end.

/opt/fog/snapins/ssl//fog.csr: No such file or directory

on 6505 only 1 failed, now with 6507 two more are failing.

@Tom-Elliott yessir, sorry so long to get back to you, but that was it, and client registers normally now. I guess that’s the only interface I didn’t check for in database…Loopback I guess

@Tom-Elliott Problem is when I try to add manually I get the response about duplicate mac addresses…so currently this machine is not registered after installing client. It won’t show under pending hosts either

@Hanz Seems as though there are a few hosts with competing clients…that is the newer version installed and then the older is getting installed via gpo.

    • Constant activity on bandwidth chart... SVN 6476

Strange and curious behavior on bandwidth chart, averaging around 50 Mbps with no imaging activity at all. This just started recently, and I was under the impression that the clients were updating. I have over 1700 hosts, and was wondering how long that process SHOULD take.

This has been all week so far at these levels.

@Tom-Elliott I don’t understand…I deleted host before, but this time when I deleted the host, the client started working. The host never showed up under pending devices after deletion and this mac address is found nowhere. The hostname is nowhere in FOG that I can find…but client log shows that it’s working.

***Update: When I pxe boot same machine it states “This host is not registered”

@Tom-Elliott when I register this host (manually) I get
