@Sebastian-Roth Hi, Yep and it was very helpful for me, just execute the last command after coming back to the snapshot and all is good now :-).

Thanks a lot to Tom Elliot for this post.

Just for an additional bit of information. Your reference/golden image should never be connected to AD before you sysprep it. Even if it was connected to AD, then removed from AD before system. The first time you connect a computer to AD the target computer will be tattooed causing every image created from that golden image problems down the road.

@Wayne-Workman that tool helps with TCP/IP printers, not network shared ones.

@BrendoJohnso Can we see a screenshot of the printer config in the GUI (feel free to replace any sensitive information), as well as the C:\fog.log from a machine that is failing to add the printer?

@brendojohnso The message is clear, the file system is not safe to mount. Look over this article and you should be able to fix it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Windows_Dirty_Bit

I think that’s a bit “extreme”. I would certainly hope FOG is not a “life or death” situation.

(At least I would hope people aren’t threatening other’s lives over it).

      Glad we could help though.
