@argylega have you restarted the Mariadb and apache services, or the whole server?
I also assume you mean you can’t login to the website. Is there anything in the apache error log?

@mttpr1 Thanks, that was basically it - apparently the Surface dock itself has a MAC address, so that’s what was causing the issue. No way around it really, but at least I know what the problem was. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

This points to an issue we had up until the 0.12.0 client. Should be fixed in 0.12.1 (will be part of the next FOG release).
