Can you show us this error? From an operational standpoint FOG doesn’t need internet access for imaging.
You do need internet access if/when you upgrade FOG itself.
Also for clarity, what version of FOG are you using?
-
OR, is it possible to run the fog server through a switch? (connect the device to be imaged to the switch)
-
@TTellez Is this a new FOG install/setup?
-
@george1421 recent. Not new.
-
@george1421 using the latest build 1.3.4 i believe. Not the RC. I unfortunately am not onsite any longer.
Using the browser to connect to FOG It says I need internet access. Or am I doing it wrong?
-
@TTellez If possible please post a clear screen shot of the error so we can see the context around the error message.

The login screen contacts fogproject.org to get the estimated number of FOG sites that are operating world-wide. If the FOG server can’t retrieve this information, it’s not a problem. Just business as usual.
