Description My apologies but I couldn’t find any post similar to my issue. My old server is Ubuntu 12.04 running FOG 1.2.0. I decided to build a new server Ubuntu 16.04 and FOG 1.3.0 with the same IP … Everything works on the new server. However, I cannot see the images I transferred on the webserver. I see it in the /images folder in Ubuntu.
I checked my credentials
I checked my permissions
I “tried” to import the backup.sql file while it say successful nothing happens and I think it’s corrupt.Any help is appreciated.
Thank you! -
@twang my guess is this is due to the older style export Trying to import into tables that have changed and I suspect the tables are in a really strange state. I’ll see if I can replicate and get a more proper answer for what you’re seeing.

It depends on how you moved this images to the new server.
If you just copied them from the /images of your old FOG server to the /images of your new FOG server then I understand what is wrong. Your physical files are in place, but the database does not know your files are there. The easiest thing to do is call up the old fog server and new fog server and then manually copy and paste the image definitions between the old fog server and the new fog server. With fog 1.3.0 you can export these definitions and import them into the new fog 1.3.0 server right from the management gui.

Also, you can just manually enter some definitions for each of the images. The critical thing to get perfect is the image paths, they are case sensitive. If the image is resizable, pick resizable. If it was set to win7 on the old box, make sure it’s set to win7 on the new one, and so on.
