@Quazz Well look at you sir. I did exactly that: created a new user and put in the info and now it at least attempts to image. Of course now it says something else: Fatal Error: Could not locate file /bin/fog.download. Any tips on this? I will also search the forums and mark this as answered. Thanks for the help, really appreciated. GGQ

@GoodGuyQ Different issue. I’m going to fork your post. I’ll message you and notify you of the new link.
-
@GoodGuyQ Try updating to the latest release and see if that helps, I seem to recall this happening around the revision you’re on.

@Quazz Unfortunately I am unable to do that with any ease. This is a disconnected network. I had just installed the latest SVN 2 days ago. But I will look around and see if any other methods.

@GoodGuyQ Please show us what you see running ls -al /images/cpuf_test_1on your FOG server console.

@GoodGuyQ Looks like your images aren’t completing the FTP move at the end of the image capture. Can you try out the FTP testing part in this article? https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Troubleshoot_FTP

@Wayne-Workman You were right. I followed the link and followed its instructions and it is now pushing the image. Really appreciate the assistance. GGQ
