What hardware do you have in the FOG server? Have you tried a reboot? or tried restarting mysql or Apache?

It is a Dell R300 server. It ran a load of almost 0 with 0.32 and 250 clients. I currently have only 100 clients.

Both error logs are clean and I have rebooted. There is a lot of communication from the client to the server going on in the access_log. I was going to try and post some of it, but it keeps being declared as spam.

Can you upload the entire file?

Here is part of the access log for each computer and it happens every minute, not 5 minutes that I thought that I had set above.
                      access_log.txt
