    hello all,

Running into an issue when trying to upload an image for my Optiplex 7020s. It seems to be getting held up at “Using Hard Disk: /dev/sda” and doesn’t ever get to actually uploading the image and also doesn’t fail. I have checked BIOS and it is up to the latest version.

I am stumped at the moment. I have had no issues over the last few years with any other Dell model.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

    thanks!

Oh and also, one user several months ago reported that a laptop would not upload… and we went through troubleshooting endlessly for this laptop… turned out, there was an SD card in the card reader slot…

So if you have any sort of extra persistent storage on this computer, please remove it and try again.

Hi, same issue last day on a computer, I turning the task into debug and use the command fixparts (use the “w” key to apply change proposing by fixparts) to solved it.

I’m having the same problem on a Toshiba Satellite Pro Running Windows 8.1 (NTFS Partition).

            Any help would be wonderful?

            Thanks,
