Image download is stuck at 99%

I try now a complete reinstallation.

I did these steps …

clear all files in /images
delete databse from fog
run fog installation
upload an image (works fine)
try an download - but failed .mntcheck is missing
create .mntcheck file
try the download again - it works. (unicast)
try multicast - failed on “starting to restore image” without an error.
reboot fog server
try it again - nope …
run again the fog setup (last time it fixed the problem)
start multicast
97% - 98% - 99% - 100%
and after 5 min still at 100% … no reboot …
after a hard reboot - problem again partition size is not correct.

@Tune389 Hi, have you test multicast with multiple hosts ? If yes, could you try with a single host.

@ch3i I have the same issue, executing the fogsetup fixed this (see here) problem. I don’t know why but I have to execute the setup also a second time after a clean installation to fix the upload freeze.

@Wayne-Workman the Problem is not solved only the freeze at the start of the upload

Not sure if it’s a generally bug, but I’ve updated it this morning with latest SVN and I have the same problem…

That’s not supported nor advised…
To “downgrade” requires either restoring a previous snapshot (via a virtual machine) or rebuilding your FOG server from scratch…
