Upgrade 0.32 to 1.2.0

Hello,
We Fog in version 0.32 and wish to upgrade in 1.2.0.
I watched the wiki but I have all the same questions:

• Can someone make me a small procedure to migrate an Ubuntu Server 10.04 / Fog 0.32 to Ubuntu 13.10 / fog 1.2.0 please?
• We have about 400 configured printers, how to recover?

backup old database
set up new server
install fog 1.2.0 on new server BE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS PRESENTED IN THE INSTALLER
record all of the info on the “fog configuration>fog settings” page and “storage management” pages
import old database backup on the “fog configuration>configuration save” page
run schema update
edit any settings in the fog settings page that may have changed from the server move (ip, paths, etc) that you recorded from the “fog configuration>fog settings” page and “storage management” pages

I changed values with phpmyadmin but I do not see how to change the configuration service (see attached screenshot)?
