Unable to do a host registration

There appears to be an awful lot of “SIGTERM, shutting down” but everything looks fine from there.

Can you get a copy of the apache error logs specifically related to the time between trying to access a menu action?

Oh, sorry, I thought he asked for menu UI. Yes, I have access to web UI.

As Tom asked, can you get to the web UI?

I can go through the menu options, but when I select “quick or full registration” nothing happens, just the system boots.

It’s probarly is not related to your case, but in my situation I noticed that the default 3 seconds timer before booting to the OS was very short so I increased it to 10 seconds so i have some time to take it off the timer when entering the menu.
