Upload to Server or download to Server
This may be petty but …
So depending on what side of the fence you are on it can be an upload or a download. It be helpful if when you hover the mouse over the upload or download icon fog would tel which way its sending data
Upload (Get Image from PC and store on Server)
Download (Load image from server to PC, replacing PC contents)
or something like that so newbies my have a clue
We must be looking at different screens - Ah yes the task mgmt screen has the descriptions
In 1.1.1 it already has the Download / Upload descriptions… literally 1/4 inch to the right.
Is a mouse over really needed?
My follow up would be, you allow your end users to run the Fog imaging from their end (I presume you are) and hence get asked “Which one am I supposed to do to make my system like new?”
Which your reply should be “Read the descriptions!”

It should be fairly safe to knowledge now-a-day’s that everything is from the perspective the client.
The client “downloads” the image to itself. The client “Uploads” the image to the server." That’s it.
