Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
Your apache config looks broken. What does
$ apachectl configtest
return now? Also can you try restarting and tailing the end of the error.log - it might help diagnose the reason why apache won’t start.

root@SC-Image:/# $ apachectl configtest

          Yeah, sorry about that, my fingers are slower than Toms! that command won’t work until apache is reinstalled.

                    That’s good, the apache config must be sane, you can ignore the fqdn stuff for the moment. What about the error.log?

                          Sorry, that startup command was for redhat type distributions, for ubuntu it should be
$ /etc/init.d/apache2 start

                                  OK, apache isn’t started then, you could try starting it manually to see if it throws an error
$ sudo apache2ctl -X -k start

                                          If it is sitting there apache should be running, so I’m not sure why the startup script isn’t working. While that command is still running (cursor is flashing) try pointing a web browser at the IP address of the machine, e.g. http://10.120.88.146/fog. When you are finished you can stop the command by pressing “Ctrl-C”, that will kill off apache.
