Dell 3120 Imaging Failure

We are having a strange issue with our Dell 3120s. Not certain if this is a FOG issue or not, but seeking advice because we are stumped. We are deploying a Windows 11 image, and the 3120 devices are installing the image with no issues. However, once the image is complete, we receive a “No Bootable Devices Found” message. No amount of changes to the BIOS has corrected this issue.
Any ideas or advice is greatly appreciated.
