Hi, for some time, I’ve been struggling with the issue of restoration on Vostro 3910 computers with a Realtek card. I describe my experiences with this issue here
Now, I came across the thread Wake on LAN on Realtek cards and there is a broken link to a patch that fixes the Realtek Wake on LAN issue. The author also mentions that computers restored with the modified kernel restore faster. Does anyone still have that patch?

@rurap Not sure what that patch would have been, but our last kernel release includes the Realtek R8168 driver. This kernel has fixed that same issue for other users.
