      Hi,

May I check if FOG project is able to manage the auto join domain and auto rename of hostname for an apple silicon m1 Mac?

Recently I have tried and managed to install the smart installer of fog project client unto a M1 Mac but it seems like the auto join domain or auto rename of hostname feature doesn’t seems to work auto after registering a client, I had enabled the features.

      Regards,
      Jeremy

@pjv While the fog-client has an implementation for AD join and rename (see code) I am not sure this is working. The C# code actually calls a bash script (osxbind.sh) which I have no idea about.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG
