      Hi,

are there any chances you consider implementing support for Windows partitions with ReFS filesystem?

      Thanks

        ReFS

we can’t really support a file system until an open source cloning software can. we currently use partclone for almost all of our data copy operations. once they support, it we can too.

This is a curious request I had to stop and think about. ReFS is not bootable, so it would never contain an OS, which defeats the primary purpose of using FOG.

I’m not a fan of multi-partition imaging, so I can’t say just how important this would be to FOG users in general.

Technically you can probably capture and deploy it in a non-resizable fashion (it will be slow since it will do a RAW capture), though I’m not sure if this will work reliably with such a filesystem.

It’s closed source and only available on enterprise, so I don’t expect any open source solutions to arrive any time soon.
