The default storage node in Fog is set to a size of 50GB even though I have a terabyte of space available on the machine how do i increase the size of the storage node so I can capture more images. I have created a second node but it also only has 50GB of space and I can not seem to upload images to it. Please help

I’m guessing you’re running either Fedora, CentOS, or RHEL. These red-hat based OSs setup a 50GB / partition by default. In our tutorials for these, there are partitioning recommendations with videos that you can follow to set it up right.

@noob Where do you see the 50 GB node size? Please run the command df -h an your storage nodes an post result output here.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG

Yes I am running centos7 I was unaware of the partition size problem in this distro is there a good way to change it now or just reinstall.

@noob It’s not a problem, it’s a default. Whether to change the partitioning or reinstall is up to you. You’d learn a lot going the longer road.
