    Hi all,

When I’m trying to deploy an image on a unregistered host, I’m getting a “Failed to read back partitions (run Partprobe)” error. (A photo is attached)

If the host is register the deploy is working just fine.
As I mentioned in this post , I need to avoid of hosts registration.

The images captured with “Single Disk - Resizable” option and with Partclone Gzip if it’s matters.
I’m on FOG version 1.5.4 running on a centos 7 machine.

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks.

@gozalitos In the picture I see Using Hard Disk: /images - clearly not right. Should be something like /dev/...

I will take a look at the code when I have a bit more time later on today.

Or could it be something you set in the global FOG settings?

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Please support FOG if you like it: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/Support_FOG

        Hi Sebastian,

        Thank you for your answer.
Indeed the problem was some definition I set and forgot in the global settings.

Under “Non-Registered Host Image” I set : /images when I removed it, everything works fine.

Great product with a great community.
        Thanks again!
