PXE-55 ProxyDHCP service did not reply to the request on port 4011

Hi All,
In our network we have created few VLANs on Cisco L3 device,vlan 1 contain 192.168.1.0 /24 network which we use for servers.vlan2 192.168.3.0 /24 for desktop and so on, we have configured our fog server on vlan2 and it works perfectly fine but when we try to register machine from vlan 1 it gives us this error “PXE-55 ProxyDHCP service did not reply to the request on port 4011”.We are using the windows dhcp server which is also in vlan1.
also option 60,66,67 are set.
Any help would be really appreciated.

@irfan4701 Make sure you have scopes set for vlan 1 on the dhcp server. Also make sure the DHCP server can hear broadcast requests from vlan 1 and make sure it can reply to those too.

Unset the dhcp option 60. If you have a proxy dhcp server it sets dhcp option 60 to indicate it exists to the client. Your error message 4011 is caused by dhcp option 60 being set without having a proxy dhcp server running.
