Deploying UnAssigned Snapin when no Snapins are Assigned

Description

When deploying an unassigned Snapin using Single Snapin, under Basic Tasks for a Host, the following message appears when no Snapins are assigned to the host:

It appears there is a check somewhere that requires at least one snapin to be assigned before a snapin - assigned or unassigned - can be deployed.
