Can't boot to fog when using ethernet adapter

Description: Running into an issue with the latest mac firmware in which Macbook Air’s won’t boot to fog using fogboot/EFI usb key. It almost seems as if it’s because the ethernet adapter is listed as en03 and fog is looking for en00? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
James

@SlimJim Maybe Apple’s “System Integrity Protection” broke this? Try the other methods of PXE booting described here: https://wiki.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php/FOG_on_a_MAC

@slimjim Are you booting using the grub (FOS) boot method or loading the ipxe kernels directly onto a usb flash drive (the process I still need to document)?

@slimjim where the “H” did that come from… I think 2 years ago.
Will you complete the steps outlined in this post to build a usb boot drive?
https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/10541/mac-os-multicast-deploy-error/10I also need to confirm that it works on a second system (yours) before I write the tutorial, so you will be helping me, help you.

@SlimJim Would you mind posting a picture of the actuall error you see on screen. This is very helpful more often than not.
