Description
I’m trying to capture an image but under active task the status is showing a spinning wheel. I know that last week I changed the ALTER USER password to blank would that cause the issue? Where would I look to view the log file?

What is the actual problem? Is it unable to capture the image?
It won’t show a progress bar until it is actually capturing the image, any previous steps (like resizing) don’t count.

I can’t see the image you posted right now, but I have, more or less, the same questions as Quazz does.
Seeing as you’re running an RC of 1.3.5, would you mind updating to the latest RC’s to see if the problem you’re facing right now is corrected for? 1.3.5 before RC-10 had issues with resizing images in particular with Windows 10, but I suppose could be present for any image, but seemed to be most notable for GPT based partition layouts.

@Quazz @Tom-Elliott I set the task to capture and the progress bar on the desktop computer goes all the way though
When the image is done it is saying the database failed, incorrect login and attempting to update database. Now the last thing that I did when I couldn’t get into the database last Friday, I used the ALTER USER command in mysql .

@fredlwal That’s usually an FTP issue.

Additional question, do you use the fog Linux account to login on the server directly? (not talking about web login) If so, did you change its password?
Additionally, there was a problem with Ubuntu updating, I believe.
Update FOG to the latest version should resolve that one specifically.
