    Clients get en error when trying get token from server certificate: “Middleware::Authentication ERROR: Could not get security token”, here the log file:

    There is no firewall and antivirus on the computer, the ntfs access to the folder is open… I’ve tried to uninstall, reboot, install, reboot.

        IST = Invalid Security Token.

        Please use the “Reset Encryption Data” from the host or group functions and this should start working for you.

        Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
