      Server
      • FOG Version: 1.3.0 RC-15 (last version as of an hour ago).
      • OS: CentOS 7
      Description

This involves the location plugin. I have a group that has 27 hosts in it.

We have a storage node that is in it’s own storage group called FM, and a location created called FM, and the FM server and group is the only one connected to the FM location.

Using the host’s group, I’ve assigned the FM location and this particular. I also have an image that has it’s primary group set to the FM group.

When I try to deploy using a regular unicast task from the group area, I get this error:
Theres no image definitions available on any node for the hosts in this group

If I try to deploy to a single host in the group, it works at least for creating the task in Task Management.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

said in Can image individual host but not group - Location Plugin:

If I try to deploy to a single host in the group, it works at least for creating the task in Task Management.

This isn’t related to location plugin, not directly. This occurs on any group, from what I can tell. I can’t fix it right now.
