FOG Server and Multiple Users

We have like 13 Technicians who also are responsible for imaging workstions for our users if they need to.
I want them to be able to use the FOG server for this purpose with no right of being able to delete the image or do any other damage.
I noticed the FOG has the mobile user which I have not been able to use yet because when I creat a mobile user, that user is not able to login and I guess this is another problem that FOG has.

I was wondering if there is anyone out there in same situation like I am and if has found a good working solution for that?

Did you set a master password? Some functions like quick image will not work until a master password is set in the UI.

where do I setup the master password?
I use the fog default password to logon to FOG
