Unable to connect to TFTP server

I have already looked through the following threads and places to look for a solution:

all these are basically telling me to change the fog user password on the server. The only problem I’m running into now is that I can not locate any such user.

They are telling you to update the TFTP uesrname and password in the fog web UI settings to match
