Possibly posts being marked as unread by an admin/dev/moderator are tagged unread for every one else as well?!

Possibly a bug in the forum software? I keep on marking this unread (for myself) because I really want to get into the details of this but most often get distracted and don’t find enough time to find what’s going on with this. Possibly marking things unread as a dev makes it show up for everyone again?!?
Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
