I’m on cloud number 5968, trying to register a new device.

It won’t let me hit [Enter] to provide a blank image ID… it just keeps repeatedly asking.

I don’t have an image for this device at the moment.

          This is kind of expected.

Just enter 0 as the image ID if you’re trying to set up with blank.

I, personally, feel you should’ve always had to enter an ID to begin with. While it’s simple enough to correct for, I still don’t think it’s smart to expect an input but allow a “blank” value on a nearly required field.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

I disagree. When I was adopting FOG, I went around just registering computers, not imaging. I didn’t even have images made for the things I registered.

Can the default just be 0 if the user doesn’t provide input?
